1. 所有表删除version字段 2. 所有表增加update_time字段，乐观锁可以基于update_time 3. litemall_order表增加message,comments两个字段 4. litemall_order_goods表增加comment字段 5. litemall_product表重命名litemall_goods_product 6. litemall_groupon_rules增加两个数据
